SUMMARY:
Disruptive Advertising is seeking an experienced, full-time Sales Development Representative who is hungry for success. We are looking for top performers that have a recent history of sales success with drive to help us find and qualify the right clients. The SDR participates in the earliest stages of the sales process, including reaching out to and qualifying potential prospects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- This is a new position at Disruptive Advertising--we are looking for an experienced individual who is a self-starter with an abundance mentality looking to make that big leap in their career.
- Prospect from within company's CRM to find companies in need of Disruptive's services
- Understand each company's business model & marketing goals
- Understand Disruptive's line of services to determine if they'll fit our prospects' needs
- Introduce new prospects to Disruptive Advertising clients and potential clients in a meaningful and professional manner
- Understand a wide array of prospective clients’ business models and be able to tailor the conversation to their business and needs
- Successfully schedule appointments with new prospects and a member of the account executive team
- Update a Customer Relationship Management system daily (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Transition into closing your own deals as you progress and learn the services Disruptive Advertising offers
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Professional written and verbal communication experience (will be communicating with Owners, Marketing Directors and C-suite executives on a daily basis)
- Ability to listen, think quickly and respond meaningfully to potential clients
- Desire to learn online marketing a must! If that doesn't excite you, don't apply!
- Proven record as a top performer in a sales oriented role
- Computer proficiency is a must
