What are the responsibilities and job description for the Audit Manager position at Distinct?
You’re an Audit Manager looking for the next step, this is it.
This firm is looking for someone who can move into a Partner position in the next 3 years, with ownership as a part of that plan.
They’ve been around since the 70s, so it’s fair to say that they’ve got an established client base. You’ll be leading teams focusing on working with local governments and non-profits, ideally, you’ll have some exposure to these industries to hit the ground running.
You’re probably thinking this firm sounds generic, but their championing on work-life balance is where you’ll see the difference.
You’ll be working 40 hours for most of the year, 45 at busier periods on a completely flexible schedule so you won’t miss the school pick up or that family dinner ever again.
The usual benefits are in place here, from a competitive PTO schedule to a production based bonus scheme, 401k matching up to 7%, life insurance and a hybrid working set up.
If you’d like to know more about this position, just hit the apply button and I’ll be in touch. If you’re just browsing the job boards and haven’t dusted off that resume yet, that’s not a problem, you can give me a call first. You’ll find my number on Linked In (Ellie Butler at Distinct North America). If you prefer, you could drop me a connection or message on Linked In and we can pick up on there.
