What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Tax Associate position at Distinct?
You will be joining a growing 75-person Tax & Accounting firm which is also one of the smallest equity-backed platform companies in the US and offers profit share to every single member of the team!
As well as working remotely you will have no specific hour requirements during off and on seasons and they ensure to hire accordingly to make sure that none of the team are burnt out. They are proud to have a robust client pipeline, and all the sophisticated processes of a large firm, without the crazy hours.

As well as your profit share allocation, you will also have other exceptional benefits including unlimited PTO, medical, 401k with company contribution, and education.
To be suitable for this position at this firm you will ideally have 3 years’ experience in public accounting preparing tax returns for Individuals, Partnerships, Corporations, and Trusts and either have your CPA or be working towards it.
