We are currently seeking a Graphic Designer within our Adrian, Michigan location.

A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Develop graphic designs solutions that support our clients overall goals of creativity, accuracy, and quality
• Meet promise dates based on client requirements
• Support one on one sessions with a client on screen and in person
• Organize task list by priority and meet project deadlines
• Creative and follows design trends
• Design for production within our production standards
• Support marketing with both print and web-based designs
• Complete process development projects within the forecasted deadlines

Education & Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field; company will consider a combination of education and experience
• Proficient in design software programs (Adobe Creative Cloud) including Illustrator and Photoshop
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Email and Calendar skills
• Commitment to continuous education, such as manufacturing of creative design to drive improvements of design and finished products
