Flexibility is essential in this role, including occasional weekends and holidays. Favorable working hours as no late nights are required. Other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare beverages before meals and serve beverage of choice to each resident.
- Set tables for upcoming meals and reset for the following meal.
- Take orders from the residents and assist them as needed.
- Inform residents what foods are available
- Provide customer service to residents to allow a high level of resident satisfaction.
- Know residents by name and their food-beverage likes and dislikes.
Education, Experience, and Other Requirements
- Must be age 16 or older
- Ability to read, write and comprehend the English language
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Promote teamwork in providing services to residents.
- Follow state food-handling and kitchen regulations
- Working 3-3.75 hours per shift while standing, walking, and moving about without the need to sit down
Preferred Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and help others
- Enjoyment in working with older adults
- Some experience in food service is preferred
