Job Title : Sr Fraud & Claims Operations Rep./Claims Specialist
Location : Salt Lake City, UT 84116 (Remote until September’22)
Duration: 12 Months Contract (Possibility of perm conversion)
Pay: $19-$20
Hours/Schedule: Training: 07:30am-04:00pm
Shift timings: Start times between 7:00a.m. and 8:30 a.m., and the shift ending between 3:30pm and 5:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviews customer's fraudulent transactions/documentation to determine if fraud chargeback rights or compliance rights are available.
- Will determine if fraud claim should be escalated to pre-arbitration and/or arbitration.
- Contacts customers via email to gather required information for fraud case filing.
- Maintains customer follow-up within timeframes to gather required information and communicate case resolution.
- Must be able to detect potentially fraudulent activity and take appropriate action.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of financial services experience in a customer service.
- Credit Card industry experience.
- Fraud prevention and authentication experience.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Computer savvy – experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word; Excel experience is a plus .
