About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee our organization’s ongoing operations and procedures. As a key member of the DivDat team, the Operations Manager will ensure alignment with our core values and company culture while driving operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with strong business acumen, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of business operations. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing operational processes, enhancing customer satisfaction, and managing key business and community outreach initiatives. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, while leading key operational staff and promoting their growth and development.
Key duties include compiling and managing the operational budget, safeguarding assets, and overseeing key inventory. You will also produce strategic market and analytical reports and ensure the smooth execution of operational policies and procedures. Collaborating with the leadership team, you’ll implement business strategies and oversee operational rollouts.
In this dynamic role, you will manage the operations of our growing Bill Payment Kiosk Network, as well as web, mobile, and IVR payment technologies. As part of a small, growing company where every team member contributes hands-on, you’ll balance high-level strategic initiatives with day-to-day operational challenges.
You will be responsible for customer satisfaction and driving end-user adoption of DivDat's payment solutions. Leveraging your management expertise, you will identify key kiosk locations, lead our team of Ambassadors and Kiosk Maintenance Technicians, and manage relationships with vendors, maintenance providers, and armored transit partners. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO and CFO to set operational goals, drive company performance, and align strategies with business objectives.
- Oversee daily operations across field support teams, company ambassadors, and staff, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement business strategies, procedures, and growth plans while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
- Monitor and evaluate company metrics, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to executives.
- Lead talent development initiatives, coaching employees to optimize performance and ensure they meet key business metrics.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance quality, efficiency, and profitability while reducing costs and improving control measures.
- Cultivate internal talent, provide growth opportunities, and foster a success-driven, accountable environment.
- Develop and improve systems, processes, and controls to boost operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with clients, investors, partners, and vendors to support company expansion and strategic initiatives.
- Translate strategy into actionable goals, overseeing performance management, goal setting, and operational planning.
- Ensure compliance with company, federal, state, and local regulations, and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Analyze internal operations, identify process improvements, and implement strategic enhancements for long-term success.
