Job Title: Audio Visual Technician
Location: Lincolnshire, IL (Onsite)

Job Description:
Installation and Setup:
- Install, configure, and test audio, video, and collaboration equipment including projectors, screens, microphones, speakers, cameras, and conferencing systems.
- Ensure all AV equipment is properly connected and integrated with existing IT infrastructure.
Maintenance and Support:
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of AV systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to and resolve technical issues related to AV equipment timely manner.
- Provide on-site and remote support for AV-related incidents and service requests.
User Training and Assistance:
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on how to operate AV equipment and collaboration tools.
- Create and maintain user guides and documentation for AV systems.
Event Support:
- Provide technical support for meetings, conferences, webinars, another events, ensuring seamless AV integration.
- Coordinate with event organizers to understand requirements and provide appropriate AV solutions.
Project Management:
- Assist with planning and execution of AV projects, including upgrades and new installations.
System Integration:
- Integrate AV systems with other communication and IT systems to enhance collaboration and productivity.
- Stay updated with the latest AV technologies and recommend improvements or upgrades as needed.
Collaboration with AV Engineer:
- Work closely with the AV Engineer to design and implement AV solutions that meet organizational needs.
- Assist the AV Engineer in troubleshooting complex AV issues and developing innovative solutions.
