Roles and Responsibilities :
" Looking for a Data Analyst with 6 yrs of experience
" Data testing experience is required
" Exposure on Service Now (hand-on experience)
" Data Analysis experience
" Proficient verbal communication, technical writing, listening, multitasking, detail oriented, analytical, and facilitating
" Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled.
" Follows written risk and compliance policies, standards, and procedures for business activities
" Basic Mainframe experience (navigating in mainframe environment)
" Handles complex issues, partners with application development on training needs and requirements.
" Performs research and analysis of complex customer issues and works with other areas to determine short and long term fixes/support needs.
" Gathers information, analyzes data trends, identifies root causes, and develops work products such as reports and process improvement opportunities.
" Responsible for delegated incidents, including affected configuration items to support return to service activities.
" Responsible for tool training and assistance and quality control for customer service and technical knowledge.
