- Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12
- Techno-functional consultant and hands on experience in Oracle HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll)
- Experience in Vertex Integration
- Expert in Oracle HRMS Accrual functionality and Fast Formula
- Working with stakeholders, support, and development teams to troubleshoot/provide solution for complex issues/requirements.
- Ability to Coordinate with Business users and Support team.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards and maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Able to collaborate with clients and have a strong desire to excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
