Experience to lead a large team
Bring solutioning experience and review mechanism for UI team
Good knowledge in HTML, CSS
Designing Application UI from scratch.
Leading and coordinating a team of developers.
Handling client requirements, analyzing requirements.
Experience in Agile SDLC and events.
Building REACT JS testing framework.
Analyzing and improving UI performance for application.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide strategy and leadership to developing and implementing initiatives that improve innovation in a constantly evolving direct to consumer strategy.
Develop solutions to problems via use of methodologies and software application tools, and work with Product Owners to drive product vision, manage scope and expectations.
Have responsibility for the quality of the technical solution delivered by project teams.
Identifying, understanding, recommending, and implementing technical best practices in terms of tools, processes, and work plans within a specific application vertical for continuous integration and delivery
Understand what our customers and competitors are doing and why
Identify and document best practices that our teams rely on to release with the highest quality and on schedule
Develop schedules and own all commitments and operational plans
Become and remain proficient in all programs necessary to perform the everyday duties of this position
Analyze, design and provide solutions in line with customer requirement.
You will be the key person leading a team of UI developers.
Developing an end-to-end automation strategy in line with the strategic vision and product roadmap
