Job Description

Overall 14 years' experience in IT and 9 years experience in SharePoint development and/or support (SharePoint 2013 / SharePoint 2019 / SharePoint Online)

Deep understanding and hands-on experience with SharePoint app models, Client object models, Provider hosted apps, SPFX and ASP.NET MVC

Must be a leader and proven ability with leading by example. Must have experience in managing teams and complex projects involving teams onshore and offshore

Must be customer focused and must have proven ability in enhancing customer experience

Hands-on experience in programming and development in .Net (framework/core), SQL and client-side programming AJAX, CSS, JavaScript, HTML5, developing client-side JavaScript framework like angular/react application with SharePoint REST API. must-have

Hands-On experience of Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (using DevOps / Jenkins / Gitlab / GitHub Actions or any other tool)

Strong experience in SQL database related queries/Stored procedures & able to troubleshoot issues must-have

Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile methodology

Strong design and implementation skills in design patterns

Essential skills in documentation (technical design documents, business requirement documents, runbooks etc.)

Strong hands-on experience in Gitlab / GitHub, must be proficient in source control, branching strategy, builds and deployments

Strong hands-on experience in SharePoint Server side object model, CSOM & JSOM nice

Good understanding of Power Platform, Power Automate and its integration with SharePoint

Ability to troubleshoot SharePoint workflows & create new workflows

Strong understanding of SharePoint search

Ability to multi-task/prioritize/act in complex environments

Excellent experience in creating and running complex scripts with PowerShell

5 years of work experience on Azure, Azure web apps, Azure Function, Azure Storage, Azure AD must-have nice-to-have

Good conceptual knowledge or some hands-on knowledge of any cloud service provider Azure / AWS / GCP nice-to-have

Good conceptual knowledge of OpenShift containers nice-to-have

Working knowledge of Angular/Angular JS/ React nice-to-have
