Locations: Watertown or Fort Atkinson, WI
The Recruiter is responsible for candidate generation through a variety of mediums including internet research beyond the traditional resume sites. i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc. The Recruiter partners with Account Managers to find candidates for a wide variety of positions. In this rewarding role, you will have daily contact with active and passive candidates, conduct phone screens and in-person interviews and daily cold calling candidates to generate and engage a pipeline of talent for current and future openings.
The Recruiter appropriately and professionally screening and onboarding all levels of candidates from entry level to executive positions. This professional team works together and independently to build an ongoing candidate pipeline using research and database information. High focus on creative sourcing, professional screening and talent pipeline development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Develop applicant flow for key positions. Develops and implements sourcing strategy for applicants using internet sourcing, employee referral programs, job fairs, trade fairs, associations, etc.
- Primary focus will be to generate a high-quality internal candidate pool for approved openings and place candidates in jobs.
- Participate in and attend job fairs and networking events as a means to obtain a strong pipeline of candidates and to effectively meet hiring needs and business initiatives.
- Responsible for managing and screening all qualified employee referrals submitted through the ATS.
- Takes ownership of relationship with applicants through entire recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Conducts data management/warehousing of information related to target firms and individuals.
- Investigates and incorporates new sourcing methods and tools to create innovative sourcing approaches.
- Participate in career fairs and special projects as needed.
- Partner with managers to generate ideas, leverage resources, and share information that facilitates an effective search process.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
