Full-time job: Tuesday through Saturday evenings Sunday brunch.
- SUMMARY OF POSITION
Manages various areas of responsibility within the operation; specifically Hospitality, Guest Satisfaction, Safety, Cleanliness, and Atmosphere. Assists Restaurant Manager to ensure operations run efficiently and according to company policy and standards. Assists Restaurant Manager in the selection of wait and host staff. Supports the training and development of restaurant employees. Manages performance of all hourly employees, with an emphasis on wait and host staff and to ensure they are successful in their individual roles. Responsible for assisting in the completion of general business administration to include human resources and marketing. Promotes the business, builds sales, ensure guest satisfaction, and brand integrity. Embraces the company’s core values.
- EDUCATION
High school diploma/GED required Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business, Sales, or related field preferred. EXPERIENCE-1-year supervisory experience (Restaurant Management a plus)- Restaurant experience required- Must be able to communicate effectively with your team and customers

Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
