Busy professional household with one toddler seeks a reliable and trustworthy House Manager in the Greater Boston Area.
You should be self-motivated, incredibly organized, detail oriented, and a self-starter. You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee all aspects of household operations
· Maintain a clean and organized living environment
· Coordinate and schedule appointments, events, and activities for family
· Provide excellent hospitality and customer service to guests
· Pick up and drop off for daycare / school
· Assist with childcare duties such as supervising, feeding, changing, playing, and engaging
· Assist with care of a friendly medium-sized dog including walks, feeding, washing
· Prepare meals and cook according to dietary preferences and restrictions
· Wash, dry, and put away dishes
· Handle laundry and ensure proper care of clothing and linens, including washing, folding, drying, color separation, and handwashing delicates
· Pick up and drop off dry cleaning
· Ensure household supplies are replenished
· Grocery shopping
· Run errands as directed and carry out special requests as needed
· Knowledge of hotel standards and practices for a luxury living experience
· Excellent customer service skills to address the needs and requests of residents and guests
· Travel planning: includes arranging itinerary, flights, car rentals, hotels, restaurant reservations, and leisure activities.
· Coordinate with contractors for property maintenance and repairs
· Manage and coordinate property renovation projects
· Assist with paying bills and maintaining receipts
· Perform additional responsibilities as they arise and upon request

This is a long-term position with a flexible schedule.
