Assistant Service Advisor / Automotive Shop Assistant

Duties would include, but are not limited to: answering phone calls, greeting customers and entering their information, performing walk-arounds on customer vehicles, signing up customers for rewards program, assisting with creating social media content, ordering and returning parts as needed, maintaining parts inventory, creating repair estimates, chauffeuring customers, picking up parts, driving customers' cars through the car wash, running errands, keeping work area clean and organized, and providing general assistance to service staff.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license required
• High school degree or equivalent required, post-secondary education preferred
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Solid computer skills and desire to work with technology
• Work well under pressure and adapt easily to changing deadlines
• Conduct every aspect of the job in an ethical manner
• Must be deadline and detail-oriented and be able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
