Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated individual with a background in healthcare reimbursement to join Enovis as an Office Administrator in Goshen, IN. This is a great opportunity to join an evolving RCM Team dedicated to supporting our Bracing & Supports business! This role will provide a variety of administrative/clerical tasks supporting Enovis’ Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Team and may also be required to assist in various RCM or administrative projects as needed. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES General Office Duties Communicates regularly with internal and external customers via telephone, mail, and computer. Manages faxes and FedEx deliveries and shipments. Collects mail sent directly to the office and scans content, directing it to the appropriate department. Serves as the point of contact for all office-related inquiries (e.g., trash, shredding company, Medicare) including ordering office supplies. Responsible for light office cleaning such as trash removal, daily kitchen duties, monthly refrigerator cleaning, etc. Works with third-party vendors to ensure office infrastructure is operational (e.g., utility services, pest control, internet providers, landlords and/or realtors). Serves as a point of contact for contracted payers and accrediting agencies during on and offsite visits or audits. RCM Support Assists with OfficeCare (OC) Logistics billback collections. Assists with entry level data entry tasks as needed. Prepares file packets for entry into the imaging system by removing staples, paper clips, duplicate forms, and unnecessary forms. Indexes scanned documents into imaging system by typing names, account numbers, dates of service, and insurance information in appropriate batch category. Matches corresponding paperwork to accounts. Sorts, matches, and prepares appeals, claims, and other documents for the RCM Billing Teams. Meets quality and deadline standards by the effective use of job scheduling practices. Stays current on all payor and Medicare requirements and guidelines, policies and procedures, and current home care products and services offered by both DJO and Surgi-Care. Compliance Assists with implementation of quality improvement to meet DJO/Enovis, state, federal, and ACHC Accreditation standards. Demonstrates commitment to the Compliance & Ethics Program, the Enovis Code of Conduct, the Enovis Sales and Marketing Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code of Ethics, and all supporting and applicable regulations, policies, and procedures. Adheres to all internal Corporate Compliance guidelines, OIG, government healthcare regulations, regulatory policies and procedures, and privacy and security standards in accordance with government agencies, including HIPAA requirements. Treats Protected Health Information (PHI) with the strictest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an administrative support/clerical position required. Must demonstrate keen attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required. Experience using an electronic document management system preferred. Proficiency in use of Adobe Acrobat. TRAVEL This position does not require travel. WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS Typical office environment. Physical Demands: May occasionally lift up to 60 pounds. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, keyboard, phone, print. Required to talk and hear. Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time and use hands and fingers to handle or feel, and to manipulate keys on a keyboard and operate portable input devices (e.g., smart phone, mouse). May occasionally reach with hands and arms. Must have the ability to look at a computer screen for extended periods of time.
