What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician - Full Time position at DKD Property Management?
Hard working self-starters needed for community in Novato. Must have experience in apartment maintenance, including light electrical, plumbing, painting, interior and exterior apartment repairs and janitorial. Must also be available for on-call; live within 45 minutes of the communities and have a valid California Driver’s License and auto insurance; and pass a criminal and DMV background check.
