Distinguished PIP, Glass (Windshields), and First Party Property Defense Litigation Law Firm with its office in FORT LAUDERDALE is looking for an experienced PIP and/or Glass Attorney to join their firm REMOTELY! (This job is 100% REMOTE).
***IDEAL Candidates have 2 years experience in either PIP, Glass (auto windshield cases) and/or First Party Property DEFENSE Litigation in FLORIDA***
Even though this is a DEFENSE firm we will consider those who only have First Party Property PLAINTIFF'S experience. We will also consider Trial Attorneys from Personal Injury / Bodily Injury if you're interested in learning property.
SALARY: Between $100,000 and $150,000 (depending on experience, which we'll evaluate at your interviews)
JOB DUTIES: defending insurance carriers in high-value property damage cases from initial pleadings, written discovery, taking/defending depositions, mediation, and trial. Preparing expert witnesses for depositions, taking expert witness depositions, meeting with clients, drafting demand letters, court hearings, substantive motions, preparing and arguing MSJs, complex legal research & writing, issuing/answering written discovery, settlement negotiations, and managing all files assigned to you. Must be able to manage a high-volume caseload autonomously. Should be highly independent, organized and able to multi-task.
