This position is located in our Atlanta, Baltimore, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Minneapolis, Philadelphia, Tampa, Wilmington, Phoenix, or Raleigh office and should reside within reasonable commuting distance to the home office as occasional in-person meetings will be necessary.
The work schedule for this position is 11:30am – 8:00 pm ET.
The Marketing Department works alongside practice group and sector leaders, partners, marketing leadership, and other senior-level firm stakeholders (US and Global) to develop, implement, and execute an innovative marketing strategy to support the growth and retention of existing client relationships, to develop and maintain the DLA Piper brand, and to drive awareness and favorability of our practice and sector expertise in the market.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma
- 1 year experience in a professional services environment
- 1 years’ experience in project management, database administration and/or customer support
- Experience working with databases or similar technology platforms such as experience databases, proposal generators, or other technologies
- Experience with website editing
- Strong communication and data analysis skills, client service orientation, project management, and the ability to grasp and translate technical requirements for non-technical users
- Strong writing, proofreading and editing skills are critical, with a keen attention to detail
- Able to work well in a team environment where most interactions are "virtual"
- Excellent attention to detail and proven ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience related to Marketing
- Experience in Sitecore or other similar web platform is a plus
- Experience using ServiceNow or other similar digital workflow platform
What will your day look like?
In this role, your day will start with producing deliverables, answering phone calls, and replying to correspondence in an efficient and responsive manner. You would be expected to provide timely, accurate, and quality work products, meeting deadlines and expectations while performing your work duties as required.
In addition to these tasks, you would be expected to perform any other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned. This could range from simple administrative tasks to more complex projects, depending on the needs of the day.
Lastly, effective communication, both verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties would be a crucial part of your role. This would involve conveying information clearly and effectively, ensuring that all parties are kept informed and that their needs are met. Overall, each day would present new challenges and opportunities, making adaptability and a proactive approach essential for success in this role.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements
