DLA Piper is seeking an Associate to join our corporate group in the Baltimore office. We would also consider hiring the right candidate in our Washington, DC, Reston, Wilmington or Philadelphia offices if willing to travel to Baltimore when needed.  Candidates must have 3 – 6 years of corporate and securities transactional experience involving public companies, including ’33 Act and ’34 Act experience.  We are seeking candidates that have big law firm experience, immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized schools. Candidates must be admitted to practice in the state where located.
