DLA Piper is seeking an Investment Management & Real Estate Capital Markets Associate with 6 years of experience. This position is open to any of our U.S. offices. The ideal candidate has strong experience with the establishment and representation of private equity real estate investment funds and their sponsors.  Additionally, preferred candidates will have experience with U.S. securities laws and experience negotiating and structuring real estate related joint ventures. We seek candidates with immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds.
