The Sales Support Officer will deliver optimal support of the sales process from application to booking. The Sales Support Officer will support the sales team members to optimize relationships with vendors, dealers and customers. They will provide support with a focus on the customer experience in terms of speed, quality and the ease of doing business.

Day to Day
- Effectively manage multiple relationships with customers, dealers, sales team and other internal departments.
- Support multiple teams working on new Food and Ag transactions.
- Professionally manage and efficiently process multiple transactions while providing excellent customer service and ensuring dealers’ and customers’ expectations are being both managed and exceeded
- Readily assist the sales team whenever possible to contribute to sales goals
- Support dealers and customers in their business activities, including answering questions and providing service as needed.
- Accurately and efficiently process dealer and customer facing documentation
- Answer and proactively place telephone calls focusing on effective and efficient communication as a basis for dealer and customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for sales and support process improvements and provide follow up on these suggestions

Essentials
- 1 years of experience in operation sales support processes, Finance preferred
- Positive attitude, professionalism and personal integrity
- High energy, enthusiasm, motivation to learn and drive for success
- Strong ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Desire to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly make accountable decisions and effectively communicate those decisions in a professional manner
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Ability to interact well with others is critical to success in this role. Candidate must be able to work well within a high performing team environment, as well as be willing to partner with others to achieve common goals

Applicable Pay Range
$47,839.34 - $71,759.00
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
