Job Overview
The Pricing Analyst will help facilitate optimal pricing strategies by developing price proposals for janitorial, construction and other facility maintenance operations to increase competitiveness and profitability. The ideal candidate will assess data from a variety of sources to gain insights into competitive pricing strategies and market trends for Federal, State, local and commercial customers. This position supports the Contracts Division with pricing strategy, implementation and analysis. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Director of Operations, Program Managers, and Sales Team to gain total understanding of all Performance Work Statements. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of government contracting, federal regulations and industry standards and apply such knowledge to proposal pricing and development in response to RFP, RFQs, and task orders.
Essential Functions
The Price Analyst will prepare cost proposals IAW Request for Proposals (RFP), work breakdown structures (WBS) and basis of estimates (BOE).
Analyze and develop estimates for commercial customers.
Develop estimates of labor, supplies, equipment and other direct costs against actual expenses, historical data, or price-to-win data.
Develop and improve pricing models to support DLP service lines. Models will support editable formulas such that changes can be made quickly to facilitate rapidly evolving discussions and decisions.
Perform price analysis on services, labor, supplies, overhead, general and administrative costs and other indirect costs to develop winning pricing strategies.
Create and lead pricing analysis briefings for proposal and capture meetings.
Work with sales and program teams to define pricing structure.
Create reports, metrics, project status, lessons learned and keep an archive for future reporting and analysis.
Develop pricing and proposal processes and procedures.
Continually communicating with Operations and Executive teams to interpret customer requirements, and craft pricing solutions that meet those requirements.

Required Education, Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
2-5 Years’ Experience in government contracting
Familiarity with pricing or estimating
Sound communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to read and comprehend RFP, both Sole Source and Competitive
Energetic, Motivated, Organized, Creative-able to work in fast paced environment.
