Job Posting for DME Billing Reimbursement Manager at DME Billing Company
Company seeks full-time employee with extensive DME and Brightree experience.
Responsible for managing all areas of the Reimbursement department
Responsible for continuous analyzation of department KPIs and implementing processes for improvement
Candidate must have knowledge of durable medical equipment billing, denials, audits, Reconsiderations, collections, AR and be proficient in creating Brightree ADHOC reports
Candidate will have daily communication with DME Providers and Payors, therefore, must have excellent verbal and written skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Comprehensive understanding of the various insurance plans and benefits for the different payors (Medicaid, Commercial insurance and Medicare)
Ability to make informed and complex decisions in a timely manner
Highly skilled at organizing and prioritizing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must know how to create and run Brightree Adhoc reports
Specific Requirements
Must have at least 2 years experience with Brightree
Must have 3 years experience in DME
Must be proficient in Excel
