Recovery Laptop Configuration and Distribution
- Distribute and provide initial login assistance and
- Expected Output Per Resources: *20 laptops per day per resource.
- Receive and perform recovery actions including:connecting to a secure network, installing required agents, perform vulnerability and security scans, and perform any associated recovery
Qualifications:
Skills Needed:
- Knowledge/experience installing, supporting, troubleshooting
- Knowledge/experience connecting laptops to existing wireless
- Knowledge/experience installing software on laptop computers
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptop
- Basic understanding of network concepts, including TCP/IP and
