Why this job is important
We are looking for a committed Finance Coordinator with excellent Excel and Accounting skills and a flair for administration. This full-time position is based in central Copenhagen, offering great commuting options. You will join a small local finance team and collaborate with a Regional Delivery Centre that handles ongoing bookkeeping.
What you’ll be doing
- Follow up on project administration, including the start and end of projects.
- Oversee the invoicing and creditor processes.
- Support the organisation in the above areas and act as a link between the local team and the Regional Delivery Centre.
- Participate in the payroll process by coordinating correspondence, communicating local information, and handling pension invoices and company cars.
The skills & experience needed as Finance Coordinator
- Experience in all aspects of accounting (bookkeeping, debtors, project accounting, and payroll).
- Strong numerical, organisational, and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and an interest in systems.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience with project management and knowledge of Maconomy is a plus.
