The Global Food & Beverage Manager will help build, manage, and scale the global growth strategy across our F&B services. In addition, you will design and develop our service offering and go-to-market strategy in partnership with the (Executive Leadership Team) ELT, Regional Managers and wider Sales / KAM function.
As a key member of the Market & Industries team, the Global Food & Beverage Manager will leverage a high degree of business acumen to; objectively partner with and guide each global region/country on current performance and opportunities, actively engage and be a key stakeholder in large commercial propositions to deliver improved customer value and success while maximising business return, and play an influential part in continuously looking to develop and improve our service offering.

The Global Food & Beverage Manager will be based in Europe.
Objective of the role:
To contribute, drive and support the implementation of the Food & Beverage strategy for the Business Assurance division, as approved by the Executive Leadership Team.
Tasks May Include:
- Drive Sales growth across Food & Beverage services
- Creatively accelerate business growth across Management System Certification and Training areas to a variety of Food & Beverage clients
- Partner with Regions/Countries to ensure they meet business requirements, goals, and KPIs
- Pro-actively work with Regional teams to ensure market/service positioning is clear and defined to maximise growth opportunities
- Continuously look at ways to develop and enhance the F&B service portfolio by looking at current/future market trends and technology advancement
- Enhance customer service and satisfaction
- Guarantee a homogeneous approach globally, managing resources, performing activities, communication, and cooperation.
- Ensure an efficient and timely transformation of the portfolio into revenue, through adequate, timely, systematic and proactive planning process
- Work with/support the Operations to ensure service delivery capacity of the business plans through adequate planning, development of the needed competences and qualification of resources
- Develop and implement tools for the regional governance of the main process indicators (e.g. resource utilization, portfolio transformations, etc.)
- Support managing customer attrition through active leadership and promotion of Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction and quality
- Ensure accuracy of sales statistics giving visibility to performance
Key Performance Indicators:
- Annual sales growth across Food & Beverage services
- Global consistency in our approach to customers in the Food industry
- Achieve annual KPI’s related to Finance, HR and Quality
- Succession planning – identify, nurture and coach talent
Position Qualifications
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master's degree preferred
- Min 5 years of experience within growth focused role required
- In-depth knowledge and experience across Management System Certification & Training
- Extensive experience in the Food & Beverage industry
- Solution oriented mindset combined with a pragmatic approach
- Takes keen interest in driving change wherever required
- Previous experience in a Global role, ideally within the F&B industry
- Strong commercial awareness and an ability to drive business performance
- A demonstrated track record of success in leading teams in a fast-paced environment and driving continuous improvement and change to support fast organizational growth
- Commercially oriented
- Willingness and ability to travel, domestically up to 50%
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
