Ensure that all dishes served meet the DO&CO qualityAct as a role model while taking part in service - preparing and cooking dishes, tidying and cleaning your sectionMonitor wastage and complete assigned tasks on multiple station within the given time in order to meet strict deadlines. Keep immediate work area clean at all times and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook. Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team Who you are Minimum of 2 years of experience in Culinary Field preferably with large production volume Certificate in culinary arts or relevant field is desirable Flexibility (Different shifts, weekends, holidays, overtime)We want you to be you.
