Doane University's flex campus in Lincoln is currently seeking an Assistant Director of Enrollment Services. We are looking for a highly collaborative, goal-oriented professional to join the Enrollment Services Management team in this key leadership position. As the Assistant Director you will coordinate operations and outreach and step into a specialist role in support of our programs. Your ability to cultivate strong working relationships with offices and stakeholders across Doane University will be critical to supporting a positive student experience across the system.

Education/Training/Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution
- Supervisory experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales/enrollment goals
- Excellent PC skills including Excel and Sales Database use
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with college recruitment / admissions practices
- Knowledge and use of higher education CRM systems
- Three to five years' experience in a higher education environment
