Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our Operations team. The role of a Customer Onboarding Specialist is pivotal in the retailer journey as it significantly impacts whether a retailer chooses to stay with our platform. Given the multitude of choices in the drop shipping industry, we are looking for the ideal candidate to demonstrate why Doba is the number one choice.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct onboarding meetings via Zoom, offering product tours and company presentations.
- Understand the customer's context and goals, providing product information to best serve those goals through walkthroughs for store integration and inventory.
- Educate customers and optimize their store setup for a quick path to success.
- Remove roadblocks hindering customers from achieving their goals, such as product issues, poor implementation, support problems, or knowledge gaps.
- Improve product adoption, customer retention, and build strong retailer relationships that foster brand loyalty.
- Provide materials to help retailers learn best practices for achieving their desired outcomes efficiently and swiftly.
Required Skills:
- 1 year of experience in communications, customer service, sales support, account management, or customer success (Preferred). Completion of customer success courses or training is a plus.
- High emotional intelligence and empathy skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to follow customer narratives to understand their point of view and find practical solutions to their issues.
- Ability to de-escalate customer support requests and maintain a positive, goal-driven customer relationship.
- Strong analytical and goal-oriented mindset.
- Advanced IT and computer knowledge and the ability to quickly adapt to new software tools.
Shift and Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (hybrid)
