As the leading dock manufacturer in East Tennessee, we fabricate homeowner docks, commercial marinas, pedestrian bridges, and duck blinds. We are agile, collaborative, and creative. Responsibilities:

· Execute daily work instructions received from supervisor in a timely and efficient manner.

· Assist in loading and unloading equipment and materials.

· Cleaning and clearing debris and hazardous materials from work sites.

· Ensure equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly.

· Oversee disposal of waste and materials left at work site.

· Measures and cuts materials to specifications.

· Ability to operate cutting equipment.

· Operates and maintains grinders, power saws, drill presses, fork trucks, etc.

· Works overtime when required.

· Participate in month and end of year inventory.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Tasks – Safety

· Follow and enforce strict safety regulations such as wearing gloves, protective masks, protective eye wear and safety shoes.

· Responsibly uses and maintains equipment not to compromise safety.

· Maintains, organizes, and cleans equipment and the work area.

· Notifies Material Handling Supervisor when faulty equipment or defective materials are discovered.

Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a production environment

- Ability to prioritize workload and take direction as needed
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to handle, clean and maintain equipment and hand tools
- Metal cutting experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
