What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive position at DocNetwork?
Our Account Executives take full ownership over the latter half of DocNetwork’s sales process, and they’re the final friendly faces that each customer sees as they close on a new account. In this position, you’ll serve as a product expert on the sales team and will be tasked with hosting engaging webinar demonstrations, answering complex questions during the customer’s decision-making process, and guiding new customers through contracting and onboarding in order to gain their business.
You’re needed to ensure that DocNetwork’s software is a good fit for each new potential customer, and vice versa. Attention to detail and time management will be key to this position as you’ll be responsible for ensuring that each new customer has a smooth transition to our Client Success Team while rapidly expanding our customer portfolio.
Salary Range: $40K - $50K commission
Commission Range: $10,000 - $30,000

Responsibilities
- Interact with leads via email, telephone, and Zoom
- Demonstrate the software to potential customers
- Assist multiple stakeholders in answering complex product and process questions
- Guide new customers through contracting and onboarding
- Communicate each customer’s goals, vision, and ideal setup with other internal team members
- Attend conferences to generate product interest in-person
- Consistently achieve revenue and webinar quotas
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, operations, or account management is required
- Success in closing opportunities involving multiple key decision makers
- Solid experience in planning, development, forecasting, and time management
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient with Customer Relationship Management tools
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
