Qualifications
Requirements/Qualifications
- DMD or DDS from an accredited US program with advanced education in Endodontics.
- Active State Dental License.
- CPR/BLS Certification.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Real ID prior to gaining base access.
- Pass a background check (including criminal record check) and drug screening.
