Overview
DOCS Health is seeking a part-time, General Dentist to provide problem-focused dental services in Pittsburg. Candidate must possess strong diagnostic and clinical skills with an emphasis on oral surgery. This is a unique opportunity for Dentists looking to earn supplemental income without the administrative responsibilities, “selling of dentistry”, or overhead costs associated with a traditional private practice. DOCS manages all staffing, documentation, invoicing/billing, and ordering of dental supplies, including PPE and instrumentation. Access to DOCS’ Chief Dental Officer 24/7 for clinical consultation and support.

Responsibilities
- Perform dental services within designated hours of operations.
- Utilize universal precautions for patient dental care.
- Exam, diagnose and treat patients consistent with professional standards and defined scope of service.
- Document patients’ needs for every dental encounter utilizing the SOAP format, update the patient health history, and obtain patient consent prior to delivering of care.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of Dentistry Medicine (DDS/DMD)
- Experienced clinician preferred
- One (1) year of experience in oral surgery preferred
- Active and unrestricted State Dental License
- Excellent organizational skills
