The practice has welcomed a high volume of patients causing a need for staff expansion. Dr. Smith has been practicing in Memphis for 16 years and is a well-respected provider in the Mid-South.
We are seeking interested candidates with leadership skills, a strong drive and work ethic, and believers in providing excellent care to patients in a professional and friendly setting.
Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience as a medical receptionist; experience in a podiatric practice is highly preferred
- Experience with Medical Billing, Coding, and Insurance Verification is highly preferred
- Excellent clerical skills and desire to work in a fast-paced specialty clinic with desire to support all medical providers with operational tasks
- Deep understanding of medical terminology and medical office workflow.
- Problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task
- Care, compassion, and commitment to high quality customer service and patient care
- Team player with excellent communication skills
