Position: On-Site Printer Fleet Manager
Department: Facilities Management
Reports To: VP of Strategic Accounts
FLSA Status: Full Time / Non-Exempt / Hourly

Description
The On-Site Printer Fleet Manager manages a large-scale fleet of MFP’s, printers, scanners at the customer locations with a focus on maximizing uptime, utilization, and user satisfaction. Assist team members in developing, implementing, and managing all site operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitors all facets of the fleet program to ensure performance levels are maintained and client requirements are constantly met.
- Coordinates and tracks equipment moves, removals and new installations.
- Manages the collection or meter reads to include reviews and validations.
- Meets and communicates with decision makers daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
- Monitors parts and supplies distribution to meet inventory requirements.
- Reports on a periodic basis with customer and management team concerning progress and performance versus planned projects.
- Provides ongoing feedback for improved program development, enhancement, correction, and deployment of plan.
Experience & Required Skills
- 3-5 years’ experience preferred.
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization to obtain information and provide timely communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and is action-oriented.
- Ability to multitask & handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills.
- Technical aptitude to include working on equipment and networking skills.
Education & Certification
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-3 years of management experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
