What you'll do
As a Security Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to safeguard our organization's digital assets and infrastructure. With your product mentality and design thinking, you will drive initiatives to enhance our security posture as demonstrated by measurable, data-driven results.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Lead Security Program Manager.
Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of security strategies aligned with the organization's maturity goals and objectives
- Drive implementation of our security maturity efforts, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable plans to enhance our security posture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into business processes, products, and services
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on security matters, including emerging threats and vulnerabilities that impact program design
- Establish key performance indicators and metrics to measure the effectiveness of cybersecurity initiatives and drive continuous improvement
- Stay informed about the latest trends, developments, and regulatory requirements in security, and incorporate relevant insights into our strategy
- Define and deliver on success metrics, summarize customer inputs into actionable requirements, and crisply communicate product value propositions to customers and sales teams
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience leading successful cybersecurity initiatives, driving organizational change, and delivering measurable results
- Experience with cybersecurity principles, technologies, and frameworks (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO/IEC 27001)
- Experience with security controls and understanding of how they should be implemented across products, applications, systems and internal/cloud platforms
- Experience in different security domains such as Network Security, Application Security, Data Security, Vulnerability Management, Client and Cloud Security
- Experience going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution
- Experience defining vision and strategy for a product
Preferred
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to think strategically, prioritize initiatives, and make data-driven decisions to address cybersecurity risks
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving cybersecurity challenges
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) Sec or similar certifications
- Experience working in the tech industry or a related field
- 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on cybersecurity program transformation and strategy development
Wage Transparency
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $128,400 - $200,200 base salary
Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $123,800 - $176,625 base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus and benefits.
