Willingness to greet, interact and serve guests with a positive attitude in order the make their day. Fulfill the company defined guest experience by being a friendly, available, guest focused, excited team member in a Convenience/Fast Food store environment. Ability to speak effectively before guests and associates Ability to operate point of sale equipment, credit card machine, fryers, oil filter, roll-a-grill, chicken cooker, coffee machine, fountain machine, frozen beverage machine, computer. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Managerial & Leadership duties to include recruiting, interviewing, training, preparing daily reports, bank deposits, gasoline/fuel and other surveys of competition, time sheets, operate cash register, fuel console, credit card, Lotto, Lottery, fuel pumps and money order and other equipment and transactions as necessary. Perform minor repairs to equipment and facilities as required. Lead and organize meetings for area leaders. Perform inspections. Must be committed to building a Team that is committed to the Vision of making day of our guest.
