OUR COMPANY:
Doe a Dear is a children's clothing & accessories brand established in 2016. We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team! (MON - FRI 9:00am - 5:00pm)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1 year experience in wholesale (preferred) and customer relations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel etc.)
- Bilingual in English/ Spanish (preferred)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering phone calls & replying emails
- Develop & maintaining professional relationships with existing buyers via emails, phone calls, video calls, and scheduled meetings in our showroom
- Manage all customer-related activities including customer services, order entry (Quickbooks), follow up and troubleshooting
- Maintain showroom appearance and presentation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
