Your Role
The Recruiter will perform full-cycle recruitment for entry-level and hourly roles in manufacturing, warehouse, and production. This role will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and support our business and growth initiatives. This position will be onsite 4 days per week with the option of working from home 1 day per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Doehler North America’s talent acquisition vision and development efforts.
- Independently manage the full-cycle process for hourly roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute an effective recruitment strategy.
- Build strong and diverse pipelines by engaging passive candidates and leveraging referrals.
- Conduct weekly and bi-weekly meetings with respective hiring managers to provide recruiting updates.
- Coordinate the onsite interview process.
- Establish relationships with local colleges and community organizations to create awareness and recruit talent.
- Guide hiring managers through the interview process to ensure fair and consistent process.
- Provide feedback to candidates within a timely manner to create a positive candidate experience.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of in-house recruiting experience
- Experience conducting competency and behavioral based interviews
- Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- College/University recruitment experience preferred
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
Location
This position will report to the Cartersville office Monday through Friday. Flexibility to work one day a week from home after Onboarding has been completed.
