We are looking for a Project Manager, reporting directly to the Managing Director. As a member of DOGA's job department, he/she will manage the planning, execution, and completion of projects (both internal and for customers) to meet defined objectives within specified timeframes and budgets.

Essential Tasks
- Assume the role of overseeing, developing, and ensuring the successful delivery of various projects in the organization related to wiper systems, washer tank systems, electronics, and drive systems for the automotive, energy, robotics and eMobility industries.
- Project Planning and Coordination
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop project plans, coordinate teams, and ensure effective communication.
- Design and Development
- Work with engineers to design and develop efficient systems.
- Select components and evaluate technical risks.
- Project Execution and Monitoring
- Manage project execution, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions.
- Communicate updates and issues to stakeholders.
- Resource and Budget Management
- Allocate resources effectively and monitor project budgets.
- Mitigate risks to control costs.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain project documentation, prepare progress reports, and conduct post-project evaluations.
- Stakeholder Management
- Build relationships with stakeholders, address concerns, and ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in electronics, eMobility, or automotive (Tier 1) industries.
- Strong technical background and understanding of electronic motors and their components, technologies, and principles.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, with experience of successfully managing complex projects.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding practical solutions.
- Solid organizational skills with the demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- SAP knowledge and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Availability to travel
- High level of both oral and written English.
- Ability to work in a team and customer-oriented mindset.
