Sales Administrator- Doggett Machinery Services, Baton Rouge, LA
Hourly Full-Time Professional

Job Summary
This position will include administrative and clerical support to assist management and the sales departments.

Essential Functions

  • Assist sales representatives and management with clerical and administrative functions, including cost worksheets, inventory lists, sales reports and documentation
  • Answer incoming calls and provide information to customers
  • Monitor correspondence and assist customers and sales representatives with product identification and specifications
  • Update and forward sales and PM agreement reports to management
  • Schedule and organize meetings, conference calls and appointments
  • Provide clerical assistance, including phone and email correspondence with sales representatives, data entry and filing
  • Coordinate and maintain customer and client information
  • Machine Trafficking
  • Create and maintain Microsoft Excel and Word documents
  • High school graduate or equivalent

Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative support role in similar work environment preferred
  • Must be organized, professional and have excellent communication skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, including spreadsheet applications is required
