Bring your dog to work? That’s right! Dogtopia, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services has an immediate opening for an energetic, organized individual that will be the leader of the front desk & help out in the playrooms. This person should love dogs - and, upon successful completion of training, you can even bring YOUR dog to work with you!

Position Requirements:

Looking for outgoing and engaging personalities to operate our front reception! No prior dog experience is necessary. Training for this position will include training in large group, open-play canine management; however, the day to day responsibilities of this role will not include playroom management. Understanding of the playroom policies and procedures is important to the customer service role of this position and so every staff member must experience some training in the playrooms.

  • Checking in & out dogs as they come for daycare, boarding, & spa!
  • Be knowledgable about pricing & services & be able to answer customer's questions thoroughly
  • Cross train & be able to step in to help your team when needed.
  • Caring for all furry friends as if they were a part of your family

As the Front Desk, you are responsible for representing the team & Dogtopia as a whole. Front Desk is expected to present themselves professionally to customers, and also love dogs & be able to step in and help when needed. Dogtopia is setting the highest standards when it comes to safety and cleanliness to ensure the satisfaction of our customers, so our front desk is expected to do this as well!
