DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
· Provide friendly, courteous customer service. Greet customers as they contact Dollar Loan Center with a smile and upbeat attitude.
· Inform potential customers of the benefits of Dollar Loan Center!
· Verify information on customer applications for completeness and accuracy.
· Process loan applications in a time manner.
· Inform existing customers of all the exciting new and existing benefits Dollar Loan Center has to offer.
· Create positive relationships with customers to ensure customer retention.
· Partner with surrounding businesses to gain referrals.
· Ability to handle multiple customers’ needs during peak times throughout the day.
· Able to count money and make change.
· Ability to answer questions about customer accounts
· Maintain a safe, and clean office environment for customers and coworkers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school diploma or GED.
· Computer literate.
· Excellent Communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Positive Attitude
· Strong work ethic
· Willingness to learn
· Reliable Transportation
· Satisfactorily pass a background check
· Familiar with basic office equipment
· Spanish/English bilingual is a plus, but not necessary.
