What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Dolphin Pointe Health Care?
Provides exceptional customer service support within the facility by greeting visitors, answering and transferring incoming calls, and providing assistance to all customers in accordance with facility guidelines.
Primarily works in an office setting and throughout the facility; bends, lifts, sits, stands and moves frequently throughout the shift; deals with frequent interruptions and possibly upset residents and family members; works regularly scheduled shifts with possible weekends, holidays and other hours based on resident needs; primary responsibility is service to the residents but also deals with visitors, government personnel, etc.
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of six months experience as a receptionist or in customer service; must have exceptional telephone etiquette.
