Duties Include But Not Limited To Handling the following:
* Phones (light)
* Emails
* Managing Files
* Recording Information
* Greeting Clients / Visitors
* Organizing & Maintaining Common Areas
* Performing General Office Clerk Duties and Errands
* Creating, Maintaining, and Entering Information Into Databases
* Accounts Payable / Receivable
* In house Payroll
Requirements:
* Bilingual (Preferred)
* Basic Microsoft Word Skills
* Warm Personality with Communication Skills
* Valid Driver's License
* Ability to Write Clearly / Legible Handwriting
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
