What You’ll Do:
- Resident Satisfaction: Foster a positive and respectful atmosphere for residents by addressing their maintenance concerns promptly and professionally.
- Taking Care of Business: Plan, schedule, and oversee all maintenance and repair activities within the facility, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance.
- Money Matters: Keep an eye on the cash flow by handling the maintenance budget. Estimate costs, track expenses, and find ways to save.
- Emergency Hero: Be our hero during tough times. Develop plans to handle emergencies like power outages or bad weather.

What You Bring:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures, including plumbing, electrical, HVAX, and general building maintenance. Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to facility maintenance.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in facility maintenance: long-term care facility, hospital, or senior living experience is preferred.
