- Assistant Managers start between $12-$16/hr (Depending on Experience)
- Previous Experience a plus but NOT required*

Assistant Managers Duties:
- Customer Service
- Product Making
- Oven-Tending and Quality Control
- Direct Employees on shift
- Cost Control for Labor and Food
- Communication with Management Team for Consistency
- Prep Work
- Cleanup Work
- Contribute to Training New Employees
Assistant Managers go through our General Manager in Training (GMiT) Program
- There are 4 levels and completion of each level gets you $1.00 raise
- After completing the GMiT program, you will be in consideration for the General Manager role! (Same location or at neighboring location)
- Go Further by becoming a District Manager or even a Franchisee!
