Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Collision Center managers to assess, repair, and replace damaged vehicle glass
- Identify issues that may affect glass installation
- Communicate with the Parts team to obtain needed glass and associated parts
- Execute glass repairs and installation to manufacturer specifications
- Document all materials utilized and repairs performed
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, and follow all established safety procedures
- Test vehicles to ensure that all repair work was completed successfully
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Unwavering ethics and values
- Knowledge of automotive glass repair and installation techniques preferred
- Fast, eager learner and team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Willingness to learn new technology
- Career-driven mindset
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment
